Currently, there are projects that use fluidized bed reactors to produce potassium carbonate K2CO3 from KOH and CO2, but domestic suppliers in this area are not well-known. I kindly ask the experts on this forum to recommend some domestic manufacturing plants with solid performance records.

In the one-step potassium carbonate production process, the potassium carbonate fluidized bed reactor is the core equipment of the entire production process. Its design and control parameters have a significant impact on the quality of the product, while energy consumption represents a major issue during production. The factors that have a significant impact on the product are bulk density, dissolution rate, and particle morphology. Our company is the only one in China that fully possesses the production technology for potassium carbonate via a one-step process. A complete set of production facilities and equipment can be provided. Our technology has established 4 potash carbonate production plants in China.
