Xing’an Chemical’s 30/52 fertilizer production facility has completed its annual maintenance and is now operating steadily. On May 22, Xingan Chemical’s 30/52 fertilizer production project commenced its major maintenance work. At 7 p.m. on June 17, the success of urea granulation marked the successful completion of the 20-day annual maintenance campaign, allowing normal production to resume. This annual maintenance work represents the first systematic shutdown for maintenance of the 30/52 fertilizer project since the process flow was established on September 8, 2018, and it is of great significance for improving the project’s production capacity. According to statistics, the workers involved in this major maintenance campaign completed over 630 maintenance tasks. Meanwhile, during this maintenance period, more than 60 technical improvement projects were completed. These projects were proposed by the front-line production technicians based on the actual operating conditions of the respective units during the trial operation phase; after being reviewed by Xingan Chemical Company and finalized by the design team, the plans for these improvements were established. The completion of these technical improvements will play a positive role in the future operation of the units.
