Guo Yanjun, the deputy general manager of Tianyuan Company, presided over the meeting, with deputy managers and above from the branch office as well as relevant technical personnel in attendance. Guo Yanjun requested that the participants attach great importance to this, engage in active discussions and thorough communication, and develop a detailed work plan for the second half of the year based on the outcomes of the meeting. The meeting conducted an analysis from four main aspects: project progress, fund utilization, assignment completion, and online progress work. The project progress is analyzed from six aspects: visual progress, civil construction, preliminary procedures, process design, equipment bidding, and plans for the second half of the year. A comprehensive analysis was conducted from aspects such as the design estimate, the funding budget for 2020, an analysis of budget execution and utilization, and the status of contract fulfillment. Following the timeline, each item was discussed individually based on its objectives and responsibility checklist. Through this meeting, the leadership team of the branch further unified their thinking and forged a united front, strengthening their determination to overcome challenges.
