In the Panjin area of Liaoning Province, the transaction price of methanol remained stable at 2,450–2,480 yuan per ton on a CIF basis. In Shenyang, the transaction price of methanol also remained steady at 2,490–2,520 yuan per ton on a CIF basis. Most market players are adopting a wait-and-see attitude. In the Anhui region, the transaction range for methanol is estimated at 2,720–2,750 yuan per ton, ex-works with acceptance payment. Futures prices have seen a slight uptick, and market prices in Anhui remain firm. In Fujian’s methanol market, the quoted price is around 2840–2870 yuan per ton, with cash payment at delivery; demand is moderate, and purchases are made as needed.
