The core gasification furnace for the Shandong Hualu Hengsheng PtyH project has been lifted into place

According to reports from February 026, at the beginning of the new year, the core gasification furnace for the Shandong Hualu Hengsheng PtyH project, undertaken by the Shandong branch of Sanjian, was lifted into place. Each gasifier weighs 416 tons, with a diameter of 4.24 meters and a length of 27.49 meters. Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to build 4 new multi-nozzle coal slurry pressurized gasification units (3 in operation and 1 as backup) at its headquarters in Dezhou, equipped with advanced sulfur-resistant shift reactors and low-temperature methanol washing systems for desulfurization and decarbonization, in order to replace the company’s existing 9 single-nozzle gasification units, shift reactors, and purification systems. This is the upgrade and renovation project for the Shandong Hualu Hengsheng gasification platform.
