Boiler chemical cleaning methods: (1) Before chemical cleaning, the boiler must be thoroughly inspected. Special personnel should be assigned to be on duty for critical components (such as acid pumps, valves, and dosing points). Personnel on duty must stay at their posts strictly and follow instructions. (7) Open flames (such as welding, smoking, heating, etc.) are prohibited in areas where chemical cleaning is carried out.
