The event was organized by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, undertaken by its Public Procurement Subcommittee, and co-organized by companies such as the State Grid Corporation and China Telecom Group. The group standard for \"Specifications for Procurement Management in State-owned Enterprises\" was initiated by the Public Procurement Subcommittee of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. It was jointly drafted by 10 state-owned enterprises, including power grid companies, AVIC Group, China Telecom, Shouchuang Co., Ltd., Mengniu Group, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum, Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group, Shanxi Lu’an Environmental Energy, Beijing Zhulong, and Anhui Bidding Group. Another 38 related enterprises and institutions, such as China Mobile, China UnionPay, Sinopec, and FAW Group, participated in its development. This standard represents the first group standard in the field of procurement management for state-owned enterprises in China. This standard was issued by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (standard number: T/CFLP 0027-2020), and it will come into effect on June 15, 2020.
