While working on the microbial degradation of polymers, I used a UV spectrophotometer to measure the degree of degradation, only to find that the concentration remained higher than before. I also tried centrifugation, but it had no effect. I would like to ask how to reduce the impact of microorganisms on the absorbance value
Just use a turbidimeter to check for microorganisms, right?
