Height difference issues inside and outside warehouses for Categories 3 and 4

Recently, a warehouse of Class A, Categories 3 and 4 was designed, with a height difference between the indoor and outdoor areas of 200 mm. The drawings were reviewed, and it was stated that this 200 mm height difference does not meet the requirements of the relevant standards; however, it was not specified which standard is involved. I would like to ask if anyone knows this
What is the height difference between indoor and outdoor areas? Ground? Or what?
The height difference between the indoor floor level and the outdoor floor level is currently designed to be 200 mm with the indoor level being higher than the outdoor level; however, the drawings were rejected on the grounds that this difference is too small
No problem, as long as it doesn’t get flooded
It depends on the terrain and drainage of your company; if it’s in a low-lying area, the level might be low. A regular design institute like this wouldn’t make such a mistake.
There seems to be a regulation in fire safety regarding 250mm
