Is this considered a metal expansion joint?

Dear teachers and friends, in the field of pressure vessel manufacturing, does this count as a metal expansion joint? We have adopted \"GB/T 12777-2008 General Technical Requirements for Metal Bellows Expansion Joints\" as the design standard. However, since this standard does not specify an exact identical structure, I am somewhat unsure whether it can be considered a standard component. I would also appreciate everyone’s opinions on whether this standard should indeed be used. The elementary school students thank you here.
In terms of appearance and function, it counts. In terms of wavenumber, it can’t be considered. I remember calculating before that those below three waves are basically ineffective. Standardly, it also starts with four waves. Additionally, for this welded structure, the shear force is too high. Is there a reinforcement covering the outside of the straight section? Assuming the upper flange is overloaded, the expansion section fails. If the pipe opening is wrapped with insulation, it is very likely that the insulation will hinder the expansion process. Expansion joint, pipe compensator.
