The oil depot stores only light diesel; it features internal floating roof tanks and facilities for loading and unloading by vehicle. May I ask all the experts: Are it necessary to install vapor recovery facilities and nitrogen blanketing systems for floating roof tanks used for light diesel oil? Do vehicle loading and unloading facilities need vapor recovery systems? The location is within Shandong Province.
