The sludge dehydration package mainly consists of the following five systems; Sludge feeding system, flocculant dosing system, sludge dewatering host (decanter centrifuge), dewatered sludge conveying system and electrical control system. (1) Sludge feeding system: The system consists of a sludge cutting machine, a sludge feed pump, an electromagnetic flowmeter and a manual valve. (2) Flocculant secret preparation system: The system consists of a booster pump, a jet pump, a dispensing box, a medicine storage box, a mixing ball, a medicine meter pump, a rotor flow meter and pipelines. (3) Separate host: Large aspect ratio decanter centrifuge (dehydration type, concentration and clarification type) Ⅰ. Differential configuration: mechanical differential: The differential speed is adjusted by replacing the pulley, and the adjustment range is 5-25r/min. Ⅱ. Mechanical differential with ten pairs of frequency converters: The left speed is steplessly adjustable with a frequency converter, the adjustment range is 5-25r/min, and there is an alarm. (4)Dewatered cement cake conveying system: Ⅰ. Shaftless screw conveyor: Conveyor material stainless steel ; ABS inner pad, spiral shaftless type. The length of the conveyor is determined according to user requirements, the length of a single conveyor is ≤10m, the inclination is ≤25° Ⅱ, or a sludge transfer pump is used: The imported sludge transfer pump directly transports the separated sludge to the designated place. (5), electrical control box: Ⅰ. The electrical control box is equipped with an imported frequency converter for speed regulation of the separate main engine and related electrical components. Ⅱ. Function: Drum frequency conversion speed regulation, start and stop switches for mixers, cutters, sludge pumps, and screw conveyors, and display of current, voltage, flow rate, and accumulated running time. This function controls the operation of the entire dehydration system. 2. Working Principle: The sludge to be treated is connected to the input end of the sludge feeding system through a pipeline, and the long fiber impurities are cut and crushed by the sludge cutting machine. The feed pump (single screw pump) is then measured by the flow meter and then fed into the sludge dewatering machine (decanter centrifuge). After the flocculant (powder or liquid) is diluted in proportion in the dispensing box and fully dissolved and stirred, it enters the storage box and is controlled by a chemical pump. The flow rate is determined by the dehydration process requirements. After being diluted with dilute water at a concentration of 0.08-0.12%, it enters the dehydration machine and is mixed with the sludge to be treated. , flocculated into prosperous sludge. After the sludge is dehydrated by the dehydration host, the clarified sewage mountain clarified liquid is discharged from the pipe. The dewatered sludge is continuously discharged from the slag discharge port of the host, and then transferred to a designated location by a flexible shaftless sludge conveyor (or sludge transfer pump) or directly loaded into a truck for transportation. The sludge to be treated is continuously input, and the clarified liquid and dewatered sludge are continuously discharged and transported. This is a fully automatic processing process. The dosing, feeding, sludge transportation and operating status of the main unit of the grating device are all detected and controlled by the fully automatic PLC electro-hydraulic control box, making the device a fully automatic complete operating unit.
