I have a question for everyone: What is the approximate cost of installing a steam pipe with an outer diameter of 114 mm beneath a national highway? How many meters above the ground is appropriate?
Can this, which runs across the national highway, be buried underground?

There’s a lot to do; it’s not that simple. First, there needs to be a design plan: at what coordinates will the crossing take place, and what is the geological condition? What is the situation underground in the surrounding area (are there defense cables, communication cables, gas pipelines, etc.)? What is the plan of action? Second, it requires approval from the relevant regulatory authorities involved. Third, the construction costs are related to the volume of work (such as the length of the pipeline to be pulled and the difficulty of the construction), so it is possible to ask several pipeline-pulling companies for quotes. Fourth, the pipe dragging depth is related to the geological conditions and must be specified in the design drawings.
