The key question is whether arsenic-containing wastewater constitutes a toxic fluid. Mineral industries such as those dealing with colored minerals generate large amounts of arsenic-containing wastewater. In actual design work in China, are the pipelines for such wastewater classified as pressure pipelines? What is the industry standard practice?
