There is an existing renovation project: the original main substation (66KV/10KV) and the unused Class D factory building are in the same structure. It is now intended to make use of this Class D factory building, with its fire protection classification remaining unchanged； How to plan? Discussion questions: 1. Can a plant-wide step-down transformer be installed in a Class D factory building? 2. How can the above diagram meet the requirements of petrochemical regulations and building codes without making major adjustments?
It’s unlikely, unless you demolish the Class D factory building.
