A design diagnosis project for a solution producing formaldehyde via methanol oxidation, along with a methyl acetal co-production unit; there are two major hazard sources of level three – one tank cluster and one co-production unit. The design diagnosis report and drawings have been completed; all that remains is for a company with Class A qualifications in the chemical industry to issue the certification and relevant credentials.
