As of 15:00 on August 10, 2024, the 2,000-ton semi-reflux space coal gasification unit manufactured by Aerospace Changzheng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. and operational at Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the semi-reflux space furnace) has been operating continuously, steadily, and without interruption for 8,000 hours, thus breaking once again the record it itself held for the longest continuous operation time since its initial commissioning, both domestically and internationally! Currently, the device is still in continuous operation. The semi-waste-boiler space furnace, equipped with a radiation section waste-boiler process using 4.0 MPa pressurized coal gasification technology, achieved a successful first ignition on September 12, 2023. To date, the semi-abandoned space furnace has maintained a continuous operation state that is safe, stable, long-term, at full load, and highly efficient; its steam production has remained steady with no signs of decline. Anhui Haoyuan Group highly appreciates the efficient and stable operation of the semi-waste-oven type aerospace furnace, believing that it offers significant advantages in terms of economic benefits and production efficiency. As the birthplace of China’s dry coal powder fluidized bed gasification technology, aerospace engineering focuses on meeting the major strategic needs of the energy and chemical industries, and is committed to developing advanced gasification technologies suitable for the clean and efficient utilization of coal in China. In 2015, the company began developing technology for the gasification of radioactive waste gases, and in 2017 it was selected for a **key research and development program. Aerospace engineering has carried out research and innovation in areas such as radiation heat transfer for high-temperature syngas, prevention of slag ash accumulation, and quenching washing, achieving a series of innovative technical results. This has enabled stable production of saturated steam and resolved the industry-wide problem of declining steam output due to ash accumulation in waste boilers. In April 2024, the semi-waste-heat space furnace passed the technical achievement appraisal organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. This semi-waste-oven space furnace has once again set a new record for the industry in terms of initial operation, demonstrating the new technological heights achieved by aerospace engineering in the field of gasification. Aerospace engineering will adhere to innovation and self-reliance, continuously drive technological progress in the industry, promote the high-quality development of the coal chemical industry, and make positive contributions to advancing modernization in the Chinese style. Project Overview: In 2021, Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd. commenced the construction of Phase 3 of the project, with a total investment of 10 billion yuan; the entire project was built as a digital factory. The construction scope includes the relocation and renovation of a facility capable of producing 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year, 400,000 tons of urea, as well as 200,000 tons of caprolactam; the production of 6,000 tons of N-methyloxymorpholine per year; 300,000 tons of fully biodegradable plastics per year; 200,000 tons of polystyrene per year; and 300,000 tons of hydrogen peroxide per year. Project Name: Relocation and renovation project for annual production of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 400,000 tons of urea, along with 200,000 tons of caprolactam.Constructor: Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd.
Location: Yingdong District
Project Overview: The first phase of the project is located in Chahuaxiang Town, Yingdong District. On October 31, 2019, it received approval from the Anhui Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment in the form of the document titled “Letter on the Approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Resource Recycling and Ecological Disposal Center Project (Phase I) of Fuyang Zhongdianlian Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.” (Document No. Wan Huan Han [2019] 922). The first phase covers an area of 111 mu, and its main construction activities include building an 80 t/d rotary kiln furnace (with a capacity to handle 24,000 t/year of hazardous waste), constructing a stabilization/c solidification workshop, and building a safety landfill with a capacity of 142,000 m³, along with other related infrastructure and auxiliary facilities.
