I recently encountered a design issue: whether an industrial sulfur warehouse and a sulfur melting workshop can be built adjacent to each other. According to building codes, sulfur can be classified as either Category B or Category C, with the sulfur melting workshop being classified as Category B; in such cases, the distance between the two structures should be at least 10 meters. However, this creates significant inconvenience for operations and the flow of materials. As for the reasons why some factories build their structures adjacent to each other, I haven’t been able to find any supporting evidence.
