Article 22 of the Measures for the Supervision and Management of Special Equipment Operators stipulates that the ‘Special Equipment Operator Certificate’ must be renewed every 4 years. Certified persons shall submit an application for renewal to the issuing authority 3 months before the expiration of the renewal period. In the TSG Z6001 regulations for the assessment of personnel working with special equipment, there is a conflict regarding the advance timing for when these two review periods come to an end – how should this be explained? .
