The winner of the bid is China Fifth Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. – with the consortium members being Shenzhen Municipal Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and MCC Coking & Refractory (Dalian) Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The bid price for the engineering design work is 15,000,000.00 yuan ; Quotation for construction and installation costs: 2.00% discount. Project overview: 1. Location of the project under bidding: Xinhe County, Xinjiang. 2. Scale of the project: Annual production of 1.6 million tons of coal coking products and hydrogen-rich gas. Scope of construction: 2×65-hole 6.25m rammed coke ovens, facilities for washing and preparing coal, coking, dry quenching of coke, as well as backup wet quenching systems; coke processing units, gas purification systems, and a 30MW waste heat power generation unit for producing hydrogen-rich gas along with related products ; Heating, ventilation, dust removal, desulfurization and denitration, VOCs and odors, general layout and transportation, water supply and drainage, coking wastewater treatment, circulating water ; Power supply and distribution, telecommunications, instrumentation, production process control and management ; Chilling stations, compressed air stations, as well as utility and auxiliary facilities. —— The planned investment amount for this tender is 790,000.00 million yuan. 3.
