Donghua Company Signs Contract for High-End Phenolic, Benzoxazine Resins and Special Epoxy Resins Projects On August 13, 2025, China Chemical Donghua Company signed an EPCM contract for the management of high-end phenolic, benzoxazine resin, and special epoxy resin projects in Shandong Aigesen. Upon completion, this project will become the highest-capacity production base for high-end resins in China, effectively reducing the country’s reliance on imported high-end resin materials. It is reported that the project is located in the Qilu Chemical Industrial Park in Zibo City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 280 mu. The construction scale includes facilities for producing 700,000 tons per year of high-end phenolic/benzoxazine resins and 200,000 tons per year of special epoxy resins – both representing the highest production capacities of their kind in China. In addition, a facility for producing 270,000 tons per year of formaldehyde will also be built. The products produced can be widely used in high-end fields such as aerospace, 5G communications, and high-speed railways. As the general contractor for the project, Donghua Company is fully responsible for the engineering design and overall management of the installation, implementing control over cost, schedule, quality, and safety to deliver a standardized \"turnkey\" project. Next, Donghua Company will make full use of its strengths to carry out all aspects of the work related to project design, procurement, and construction, ensuring that the project is completed on time, with high quality, and in accordance with the planned specifications.
