According to Clause 9.2.1.3 of the \"Regulations on Safety Technical Inspection of Fixed Pressure Vessels\" (TSG 21-2016), regarding the installation of pressure gauges: A three-way stopcock or needle valve must be installed between the pressure gauge and the pressure vessel (the three-way stopcock or needle valve shall have opening indicators and locking devices), and no other accessories or pipes for other purposes shall be connected to it. Second, in accordance with the \"Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Automated Instrumentation Projects\" (GB 50093-2013), the \"Provisions for the Design of Process Systems in Chemical Plant Equipment\", and Appendix \"Basic Unit Patterns for Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (Basic Unit Pattern for Pumps)\」 (HG 28559-1993), Article 3.0.2.1 requires that all pumps must be equipped with at least one local pressure gauge at their outlet, and this gauge should be located between the pump outlet and the first valve. III. According to Article 8.1.1 of the \"Design Code for Pump Areas in Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Systems\" (SH/T 3014-2012), a pressure gauge should be installed at the pump outlet, and it is advisable to install one at the pump inlet as well. The pressure gauge should be located on the straight pipe section between the pump outlet and the check valve, facing the operating side.
