First public announcement of Sisoco’s 10,000-ton fluoropolymer project 2025-11-24 12:50:20 On November 20, the Management Committee of Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone issued the first public announcement regarding the environmental impact assessment for Sisoco Special Polymers (Changshu) Co., Ltd.’s technical upgrade project, which aims to produce 4,000 tons of fluororubber, 12,500 tons of polyvinylidene fluoride, and 25,657 tons of hydrochloric acid as by-products per year. The details of the project are as follows: Project owner: Technical upgrade project for producing 4,000 tons of fluororubber, 12,500 tons of polyvinylidene fluoride, and 25,657 tons of hydrochloric acid as by-products per year； Nature of construction: Technical renovation ； Construction location: No. 18, Haikang Road, Jiangsu Changshu New Materials Industrial Park ； Construction scale: Given the favorable market conditions and strong support from local policies, Sisco Special Polymers (Changshu) Co., Ltd. has invested in a technical upgrade project aimed at producing 4,000 tons of fluororubber, 12,500 tons of polyvinylidene fluoride, and 25,657 tons of by-product hydrochloric acid per year. This project will be carried out within the existing factory premises at No. 18 Haikang Road, Jiangsu Changshu New Materials Industrial Park, without requiring any additional land.
