Coordination issues among various design disciplines

It seems that there is a lack of coordination among the various design disciplines (general layout, process engineering, structure, architecture, plumbing and drainage), and the workshop workers always feel that something is missing, though they can’t pinpoint what it is.
Go through it according to SPMP-STD-EM1002-2016 _「Provisions for Design Coordination Meetings in Construction Projects」
The workshop operators are not aware of this regulation; it is not mentioned in the contract attachments either. Moreover, this is an internal company rule, and the design institute is not necessarily required to make adjustments in accordance with it.
Regarding the issue of workshop personnel statistics, project staff are required to organize the design and provide clear explanations in accordance with project specifications. Although the workshop can access project documents relatively early, it usually gets involved on site only during the testing phase
