Tender for EPC general contracting of the plant-wide system engineering for Guoneng Xinjiang Coal-to-Gas Co., Ltd.’s 2 billion cubic meters per year coal-to-natural gas project in Zhundong **The scope of the plant-wide system engineering for the Energy Group’s 2 billion cubic meters per year coal-to-natural gas project includes the entire plant’s process and thermal pipeline networks, the plant’s flare systems, the plant’s comprehensive automation system, the plant’s external power supply systems, the plant’s telecommunications systems, the central laboratory (installation works), and the central control room (installation works). Responsible for the detailed design, procurement, and general construction management of the entire plant system for **Energy Group’s 2 billion cubic meters per year coal-to-natural gas project in Zhundong. This includes the design, procurement, and construction of all aspects related to the plant’s systems, such as processes, static equipment, dynamic equipment, layout planning, pipelines, instrumentation and automation systems, electrical systems, telecommunications, civil engineering (structures/buildings, excluding the central laboratory and control room), HVAC systems, fire protection measures, analysis and testing services, metrology and inspection activities, water supply and drainage systems, safety and environmental protection measures, as well as occupational health and safety considerations. The responsible party is also in charge of all tasks related to unit testing, mechanical completion, intermediate handovers, delivery acceptance, special inspections, and final project acceptance. Additionally, technical guidance and support services are provided during stages such as joint testing, commissioning with feedstock, actual operation, and performance evaluation.
