I have a question: are there any requirements regarding the upper limit of steam pressure when using saturated steam to heat water? There is a gas source with a pressure of 0.8 MPA; can this steam be used directly to heat water in the tank? Are there any requests? It is fine to use saturated steam at 0.8 MPa to heat water directly, but the amount of steam should not be excessive.
It’s best to use a mixer; otherwise, the water hammer effect will be too strong. . .
The pressure is too high; it’s unsafe. It’s recommended to reduce the pressure!
Are you planning to use steam and deionized water to temporarily produce condensate? ? Be careful not to open the steam valve too wide, to avoid loud noises coming from the water tank or even overpressure.
It is recommended to reduce the pressure by installing a throttle orifice plate

I have another question: are there soda mix heaters suitable for liquids containing a high amount of insoluble suspended particles? If there is no good equipment, would it be simpler and more practical to use a porous tube for heating after reducing the pressure?
The saturation temperature at 8 kilograms is 170 degrees. If it is introduced directly into water, and if the amount used is too large, the latent heat cannot be released even if the temperature rise is sufficient, which can lead to danger

Our 80°C hot water storage tank uses 0.4 MPA pressure, and it doesn’t have the mixer mentioned upstairs; perhaps air hammer was not a concern due to the short length of the inlet piping. Perhaps no air hammer will be generated
