Gravel laid under the pipe trench

I would like to ask fellow marine enthusiasts: why is gravel always laid under the pipe galleries on site? What is the purpose? Are there any requirements specified in the relevant guidelines?
I think it’s good to lay gravel under the pipe trench. We prevent grass from growing there to avoid fires; when working with fire near the top of the utility tunnels in winter, we often ask that the dried grass below be watered. Next is covering the soil to prevent dust from rising. Third is to maintain the permeability of the ground.
There are no specific requirements in the regulations; it depends on what the property owner decides and their financial capabilities
Right below the pipe gallery? There are also hardened cement roads, used as pathways. . .
Standard factories generally have gravel laid on the ground.
If the pipes in the pipe rack carry corrosive substances and leaks occur, laying gravel beneath the pipe rack can protect the ground surface and facilitate repairs

There are no regulations for this; gravel can be laid or it can be landscaped.
You can also lay a floor; as long as you have the money, go ahead and build it! :lol:lol
Most plant utility tunnels are used as passageways. For the first layer of utility tunnels in my designs, I usually use TOS of 5.5m.
