Before putting the new equipment into use, processes such as pipeline purging, pressure testing, cold operation, and hot operation need to be carried out. Could an expert explain how to carry out these processes and what points need to be paid attention to? What are cold transport and hot transport? The cold and hot water are completely unreliable; the normal temperature and the heated temperature are somewhat more acceptable. The single-unit trial operation is primarily aimed at confirming that the equipment is in good working condition and ready for use. B. The integrated trial operation involves putting the entire system into operation in accordance with the design specifications, ensuring seamless connectivity between various components and achieving the specified operating time. C. The load test operation refers to carrying out a production process to yield qualified products.

Cold commissioning: refers to the testing carried out in cold conditions, equivalent to joint testing. Hot commissioning: refers to the testing carried out under operating conditions, equivalent to testing with actual materials used. These definitions are adopted to align with international standards.
Purging involves using gas to blow out the dirt inside the pipes; compressed air is generally used for this purpose. Our company has its own PSA nitrogen generator, so nitrogen is sometimes also used for purging. By \"flushing\" you mean the purging that takes place after pipeline welding; it’s through purging and flushing that the slag and debris inside the pipes are removed.
