Vacuum feeding must be used. During the pumping process, a small portion of the material is drawn into the vacuum system, and due to the low external temperature, crystals form on the walls of the vacuum tubes, blocking the vacuum channels. I seek advice from experts on how to solve this
Is there any device that can separate the material during vacuuming?
I wonder whether it’s a blockage in the vacuum pipeline or a blockage in the material extraction pipeline – these are completely different things. The handling methods are also completely different.
The vacuum pipeline is blocked, which means that the liquid being pumped has a low boiling point and freezing point. There are various ways to handle this; one is to cool the liquid down in order to reduce its vapor pressure ； Second, the vacuum pipeline is insulated for thermal protection ； Third is to use a liquid seal for isolation...... and so on.
That is the gas-solid separator of the vacuum feeder you purchased; it has leakage points, which allow material to enter the vacuum tube system. It’s a defect in the equipment.
