In the factory, processes such as alkylation, MTBE production, and naphtha handling involve releasing substances temporarily before sampling for analysis, in order to obtain samples representing instantaneous conditions. This results in uncontrolled emissions. I would like to ask the experts how this problem can be solved?

The sampling and replacement gases from our company are all discharged into the flare system; (steel cylinders with open ends at both ends are used) during sampling, one end is connected to the flare system while the other end is connected to the sampling point;

Generally, a closed sampling device is used; depending on the medium, either a flare can be employed or a return line can be designed.
There is a professional sampler installed on a bypass line; it serves as a bypass in itself. The valves at both ends of the sampler can be closed after one minute, and by closing the sampler’s own valve, the sample can be taken directly!
How long does it take to drain the fluid during sampling? The fluid being drained can be collected in a sealed container, or a sampling device that functions as a sealed container can be used directly. Added according to the medium conditions.
There is a sampling valve installed inside the kettle, with the sealing point at the end, resulting in almost no dead material present. There is also the vacuum sampler designed by me, which can use nitrogen to repeatedly blow away old material and take samples under vacuum, ensuring that only fresh material is used.
