May I ask how drawings should be divided into volumes and books when they are produced? Are there any standards for this? ?
Generally, they are organized by specialty; within the same specialty, if multiple people are involved in the work, separate volumes should be created
The process is divided into many systems, and each system is further broken down into processes, pipelines, equipment, etc. How do you categorize these elements? What is it classified by?
That doesn’t make any sense – are there many different systems within the manufacturing process? How about calling that the main item? It is possible to first categorize by specialty, placing the drawings of the same specialty together, and then further divide those specialties into main categories. It’s also possible to put all the drawings related to a main item together, and then further organize them within that main item. You can arrange them however you like, as long as it’s convenient for you; there aren’t that many rules to follow
