After the furnace tubes burned out during this major repair, the feed pipeline of the pyrolyzer experienced significant vibration. There is preheating before feeding; considering the vaporization issue, we reduced the feeding temperature, but it still didn’t work ; Is it possible that there is stress in the furnace tube? ; Vaporization occurs through a heat exchanger pressure drop before feeding. There might be fluctuations in flow rate or pressure, which could also lead to partial vaporization and the formation of a two-phase flow. The solution can be achieved by adding restrictive braces or dampers.
It was working fine before, but after the major overhaul and burning out, it stopped working; even when the feed preheater was disconnected, it still didn’t work.

To be more specific, how can vibration be eliminated?
Main causes: first, loose support; second, two-phase flow. 1. Check the pipe supports to see if they are displaced or loose. 2. After scorching (should chemical and mechanical cleaning have been done?) ) Are there any mechanical damages to the cracking furnace tubes? For example, what if there is a minor leak that causes the material to seep into the furnace? 3. Has the preheater been descaled? Is there a possibility of throttling flashing in the piping system?
The third possibility is that the preheater was not cleaned this time.
The problem has been resolved; the feed temperature has decreased a bit. Insulating a few meters of the pipeline connecting to the feed pipe solved the issue, and the vibration is now very low – I’m not sure why.
