Seeking advice on cofferdam issues

As the title suggests, how should cofferdams be installed? And how should they be set up for one tank versus multiple tanks? Can the pump be placed inside the cofferdam?
The volume within the cofferdam (excluding the volume of the tanks on the ground) is based on the largest tank (in cases where there are multiple tanks), and pumps can only be placed outside the cofferdam.
The pump cannot be placed inside the cofferdam; in the event of an accident, the pump could get damaged. If it is flammable, the pump must be explosion-proof

Has the original poster not understood the concepts of firebreaks and cofferdams? Only fire dikes have mandatory requirements regarding the volume of their core structure, while cofferdams do not.
