Where is the material inlet of the MVR evaporator? Are the exit and entrance the same? So how is access controlled?
The multi-effect evaporation process generally involves preheating – heating – evaporation – evaporation； It can also be evaporation-preheating-heating-evaporation (evaporation of high-temperature materials). MVR, like material flow and multi-effect evaporation, simply includes a compressor in the secondary steam system; the compressor is used to pressurize the secondary steam, thereby increasing its temperature (pressure).
The inlet and outlet pipes of the MVR system are both connected to the liquid circulation pipeline, just at different locations. The feed rate and discharge rate are determined by calculating the concentration ratio of the evaporation system
