For ventilation equipment by the sea, what kind of paint is best for repairs?

We are located by the sea, and there is a bunch of equipment in the facility that needs to be ventilated and cooled; therefore, many ventilation fans were installed. However, within less than a year, rusting began to occur. If nothing is done, it is likely that the equipment will be completely rusted by next year. We now want to purchase new paint to repaint it. How should we proceed with this? I’m planning to choose paint from Aksu, PPG, and Haihong. Someone has recommended to me the combination of Haihong epoxy zinc-rich primer 80 plus Akzo silicone topcoat 878; I’m not sure if this will work. This is the painting scheme used for the original equipment
It’s estimated that after applying paint, the situation will remain the same after 1 year; either the working environment needs to be changed to prevent corrosion, or the material used needs to be replaced to avoid corrosion
