May I ask what software people use for 3D renderings of factories? Which one is good?
The EagleDraw used by EPC general contractors is really high-end, but it’s not easy to use: L
PDS, PDMS, and SP 3D: PDS is used for large-scale installations, while PDMS and SP 3D are used for smaller and medium-sized projects
Is PDMS used for PDS piping? Will the render look good?
After all, the main function of PDMS PDS is not to generate renderings; when PDMS PDS is used to create pipe models and imported into 3dmax for rendering, the resulting visuals are of better quality
Can PDMS or PDS data be imported into 3dmax?
As long as it can be saved in DWG format, that’s fine
