Do the two ports of the flange need to be numbered separately?

I have a question for someone with little experience. As shown in the diagram, if there are two weld seams on the flange, does the weld layout diagram need to be numbered separately, such as C1 and C2?
It’s not one section; it should be coded separately, I guess
For such flange-to-tube connection welds, which are two separate welds, they should be numbered individually.
Personally, I think they should be separated, after all, the welds are not continuous.
Let’s not separate them; there should be one number, and when specifying the manufacturing process, we can distinguish between the front and back sides
I have been developing welding procedures for many years; for the fillet welds between SO flanges, PL flanges, and pipes, I assign a specific code to each of them. Throughout the processes of inspection, review, and revalidation, no objections have ever been raised.
