I work in the field of equipment design. In the conditions under which we design equipment, there is often a concept known as the “steam out condition”. What does “steam out condition” at ATM@150℃ mean?

The term “steamout connection” refers to something that is used for steam purging of equipment or pipelines in the future. It is generally sealed with a blind flange, and no valve is needed.
