Which provision in the petrochemical regulations or building codes specifies the ventilation rate for Class A and Class B factories? ?

Both GB50019-2014 and HGT20698-2009 deal with heating and ventilation; the Building Code and the Petrochemical Code only contain requirements related to the HVAC field. The specific number of air changes and the methods for calculation need to be determined in accordance with the relevant professional standards

According to clause 5.6.3 of HGT 20698-2009, \"the ventilation rate for emergency ventilation should be no less than 12 times per hour.\" Emergency ventilation is necessary in rooms where harmful gases or gases with explosion risks may be released suddenly in large quantities (typically referring to Class A and Class B factories, as well as areas containing toxic substances such as liquid chlorine and liquid ammonia). Appendix C mentions that specific requirements regarding the ventilation rate for production workshops handling certain substances are provided; the user can determine the appropriate value based on the substances handled in the production facility. Clause 6.4.3 of GB50019-2014 states that \"the ventilation rate for emergency ventilation should be no less than 12 times per hour, calculated based on the volume of the room.\" When considering ventilation, especially in hazardous areas, the highest possible ventilation rate should be adopted, and the appropriate equipment should be selected based on the calculated air volume
