What to do if the methyl sec-butyl ether content in MTBE products is high?

It’s been almost a month now, and there’s no improvement.
Is it easier to replace the catalyst now?
What is the reaction temperature? Raw material composition? How is it possible to draw any conclusions from these data?
Generally, a high MSBE content is caused by a high reaction temperature and a low space velocity. Without considering the catalyst
Check if the DIB is also above limit; if so, it indicates that the temperature is too high.
