Figure 1 shows the air-cooling inlet pipeline, on a frame 30 meters above the ground. Figure 2 shows the overhead product line of the distillation tower, which leads to the reflux cooler. Both of these locations are at high heights, out of reach of the operators, so there is no need for protection against burns. May I ask: is insulation required?
Generally, they are designed with insulation; personally, I don’t think it’s necessary
There’s nothing wrong with this, right? Does this not require any manual operation? ?
From an energy-saving perspective, insulation is necessary.
Insulation serves its own purpose of reducing the impact of the external environment on production.
Insulation reduces corrosion, lowers heat loss, and enhances aesthetics
It was supposed to be cooled, so why keep it at a constant temperature? It’s to prevent changes in the environment from affecting the operation; insulation can be used for this purpose
