It’s a DN40 steel pipe lined with PTFE, equipped with flat welding flanges at both ends. The pipe layout diagram shows a section that is only 80 mm long; I’m not sure whether it’s possible to create such a short splice. If anyone knows the answer, please let me know. Thank you all

Are the lining tubes all types of corrosive media? Are flat-weld flanges suitable? I seem to remember that the relevant regulation is something like 20801. Flat-weld flanges are generally not used very often; if anyone downstairs knows about this, please help look it up as well. . . I can’t find it :L
Both of the 8cm bolts are too long; it’s indeed not easy to install them. .

The production itself is no problem, but is it really necessary to have such a short section? Can the design be modified?

Perhaps due to design constraints, shorter pipes had to be used.
