Are there any good energy-saving optimization measures available in terms of equipment and processes nowadays?
First, let’s talk about what the process is and what equipment is used.

There are four methods that can be used for this purpose: 1. Comparison method – By referring to the energy consumption metrics of similar devices both domestically and internationally, such as excellent values, average values, and minimum acceptable values, the energy consumption of the target device can be calculated. Through comparison, it is possible to identify the gaps, after which appropriate measures can be taken to optimize performance; 2. Absolute method: Based on the characteristics of the device, various energy consumptions such as electricity consumption, water consumption, steam consumption, and gas consumption are first calculated, and then the highest value among them is selected for measures to reduce energy use ; 3. Process optimization: Through simulations, such as ASPEN, or by analyzing heat-humidity diagrams of heat exchange systems, the optimal process operating conditions are identified. 4. Conduct energy assessment: Taking all of the above into account, this can be described as an energy assessment.
