The significance of the foam fire extinguishing system for storage tanks of Class A after nitrogen sealing

A 2000 m3 ethanol dome tank is equipped with a foam fire suppression system and a nitrogen blanketing system. Is a foam fire suppression system still useful for storage tanks, perhaps to prevent the nitrogen seal from failing? An outdoor foam nozzle is of course necessary as well. The question is naive; I appreciate your guidance, thank you!
Nitrogen sealing serves two purposes: to reduce breathing losses and to prevent the formation of an explosive atmosphere in the gas phase space. Foam fire extinguishing systems are used to put out fires. The two do not interfere with each other. The first is prevention, and the second is control.
