Strengthening issues of 304L material

The carbon content of the material is very low; its normal tensile strength is less than 600. However, I would like to increase this tensile strength to between 640 and 960. Since the product is already in its final shape, it cannot be cold-formed. The only option now is to see if heat treatment can be used to achieve this desired strength level. Anyone with prior experience in this area, please help analyze the situation. Thank you!
