The entire factory is classified as Category B, and an explosion-proof area has been designated near the source of hazard (on the 3rd floor, where the hazard is methanol). Does that mean that no additional explosion-proof measures are needed outside that area? ? ? Since the hazardous areas are designated on the 3rd floor, do the corresponding areas on the 2nd and 1st floors also fall within the explosion-proof zone? ?

The concrete floor serves as an explosion-proof measure; therefore, if there are no specific explosion-proof requirements for the 1st and 2nd floors, there is no need to consider the explosion risk in the 3rd floor

It might be the high category with a floor area of less than 5%; (there is also a standard regarding usage volume) and it isn’t classified according to height
