Newcomer to the aromatic compounds processing plant seeking guidance from experts

I am a recent graduate who has just joined a company that operates an aromatic compounds complex; the construction of this complex is still in progress, with operations set to begin in 2019. Is there anyone experienced who can give some advice? Which part of that device is the better one, which parts cause less harm to people, and what are the things to be careful about? Could you explain it in detail?

First, learn by working on projects* to improve your knowledge
Entering the aromatic compound plant, under the same sky, breathing the same air – there is no difference at all. Companies with advanced technical choices and proper safety management cause no harm anywhere, while those with inadequate management can cause harm even on main roads. Just entering society, I’m focusing on doing solid work and studying diligently.
For aromatic compounds combined, there’s no need to worry about harm at this point; girls who have not given birth should not go.
