Regarding the issue of steam cooling

The equipment in a project requires steam with a pressure of 0.3 MPa, a temperature of 143 degrees, and a flow rate of 60 kg/h. The steam pressure that the current owner can provide is 0.45 MPa (G), with a temperature ranging from 180 to 200 degrees; the flow rate set for the temperature reduction and pressure reducing device is too low. For this device, the main concern is that the temperature be appropriate; I’m not sure whether reducing pressure would work, and I can’t think of any suitable method at the moment. I would appreciate some advice from everyone. Thank you.
It can be used by reducing the pressure to 0.3 MPa using a pressure relief valve
A thermometer is installed on the equipment, and a temperature control valve is added to the steam pipeline to regulate the amount of steam supplied using temperature control.
