Consult manufacturers that specialize in distillation columns. Methanol/water is a non-azeotropic mixture, and methanol/water/methyl tert-butyl ether is also a non-azeotropic mixture; distillation is the most convenient method for achieving high-purity recovery
For methanol-water, MVR distillation can be considered.
