As long as the cabinet meets explosion-proof requirements, the touch screen can also be explosion-proof (I’ve used Siemens ones).

A positive pressure cabinet is used; it has a regular touchscreen inside, but you cannot perform any touch operations on it – it serves only as a display. If you need to perform touch operations, you will have to open the door of the positive pressure cabinet, which exposes you to a hazardous area and does not meet safety regulations. Of course, an explosion-proof keyboard or mouse can be connected for operation.
